Jeremy is 3. Jeremy insists his name is Jeremy 3 (and gets upset if I print it without the 3 on the end). He also often says, "Me three!" instead of "me too" - not because he's the 3rd to agree, but because he's 3.
Well one place did it and the memories came rushing overwhelmingly back. Wonderland. Or the place formerly known as Wonderland, now Castle Fun Park. My parent and I took the boys mini-golfing there in the Under the Sea theme course and as soon as I set foot inside I could have been 16 again. Oh my goodness, I didn't realize how much time I'd spent there until now. And specific memories too. I knew exactly every shot to play. Where the troubles were, what the tricks were. The love octopus. The crush talk. The inside jokes. Wow, it was all there still hidden inside some sort of web in my brain. So Taryn, Casey and Sarah this one's for you.
We've known for a while that Elijah hears from God (whether he knows this or not remains to be seen). We're pretty sure that he has the gift of prophecy. This week when we were flying home he was scared of the airplane door. He has flown a lot and has never been scared of this before. I later read in the news of another flight leaving out of Calgary on Westjet (same as us) on the same afternoon had an emergency landing in Winnipeg because of a woman trying to open the airplane door mid-air.
