Another Elijah-ism

"Another Chevrolet for my discount!"

I have no idea what it means, it makes no sense at all, but he declares it whenever he sees a Chev. Additionally he declares, "Another GMC for Jeremy's discount!" when he sees one of those. Boys! You try to figure them out :o)
